I used to be a Twi-hard but stopped unknowingly a couple of years ago. I like the books but I like watching funny video spoofs of it so I thought that I would enjoy this movie immensely. Then I got to the first scene and I was shocked my parents even allowed me to go see the movie. The sexual humor is way over the top and sometimes I even felt offended by how much there was. Occasionally, the movie made me laugh because they made jokes from the book, that were actually funny. I can’t really critique the acting in a movie like this; the acting is supposed to be bad. Well, if they were acting bad or just pretending to act badly it made the movie funny. If they had cut out half of the sexual jokes then the movie would have been maybe a half a grade better but I don’t even know about that. I was surprised to see That’s so Raven star Anneliese van der Pol playing Becca’s school friend (the spoof of Jessica). The whole movie was pretty bad even the good parts were bad. The effects in the movie were really bad too. The “blood” looked like someone had drawn it on with crayola markers. I don’t know if that’s what it was supposed to look like but it was horrible. Practically, this was a Scary Movie wannabe with a twist using something that is a big fad right now. I really wouldn’t suggest going to see this movie. It was a waste of my time to go see it because I could have been seeing other better movies that I would have liked more.
PARENTS!!! THIS MOVIE IS VERY INAPPROPRIATE! The movie is rated PG-13 because of crude and sexual humor, and there is “nudity”, you see Edward’s rear end but nothing more. Just wanted to let you know that.
Real Teen Rating~D+ : It passes time…barely…
